In September the Finnish nature dresses in the tones of fall. The strongest colors are seen in Lapland and it gets at its best during the first weeks of September. However, in southern Finland for example maples and rowans gets their shining colors in autumn as well. Now is the harvest time: After cloudberries and blueberries ripes the lingonberries and cranberries. In addition, delicious mushrooms are grown in forests such as ceps, chanterelles and funnel chanterelles. In Finland everyone has the right to go picking berries and mushrooms.
