You can ask us about the conditions of the trails, the availability of firewood at rest stops, or anything else that concerns you in the Finnish nature. It’s also important to let us know if you observe anything that needs attention in the area, such as maintenance needs or other issues that should be addressed or communicated to other national park visitors.
We provide phone and email services to visitors of several national parks and hiking destinations in Lake Finland and the North Karelia biosphere area. In addition to the North Karelia destinations, we offer customer service for Repovesi, Patvinsuo, and Tiilikkajärvi National Parks and the Ruunaa hiking area.
