Find Your Inner Finn: Guided Forest Escapes Near Helsinki in 2026
For many travelers visiting Helsinki, the bustling design districts and seaside markets are just the beginning. To truly understand the Finnish soul, one must step into the forest. In Finland, nature is a way of life, a source of peace, and a historical sanctuary.

At Finland, Naturally, we bridge the gap between the urban pulse of Helsinki and the wild, ancient beauty of the North. Located just a short journey from the capital—easily accessible by both car and public transport—Nuuksio National Park awaits. It is a rugged oasis of old-growth forests, hidden woodland lakes, and dramatic crags that feel worlds away from the city.
Check out Visit Espoo’s online booking system for specific dates and times. While many tours run during the summer season, some are available year-round.
